I've always had the same message about the "Usual drill by the System Administrator" and "Great Power comes with great responsibility" but not such vague notices of data loss. That’s the standard Sudo warning you get on ANY *nix system the first time you run sudo. Oh well, I’ve found the default sudo first-time warning to be a bit different in the previous OS’es I have used, including OS X.
